Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience leading teams in hotel or reception operations. You are engaged, positive, and have a natural ability to create participation and joy at work. You motivate your team to achieve common goals and thrive in a role where guest contact is central.

You have a commercial mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to develop routines and offerings that strengthen Ulfsunda Castle's position as a destination. You are structured, results-oriented, and have an interest in systems and technology. Experience in a similar role as Reception Manager / Hotel Manager or Front Office Manager is an advantage.

About the Position

As Conference & Reception Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the reception, maintenance, and conference areas as well as their daily operations. You will lead the team and ensure that every guest feels welcome and receives an experience that exceeds expectations. Ulfsunda Castle is currently facing an exciting future with renovations and significant changes, so we hope that you are solution-oriented and forward-thinking. Together with the destination director and other department heads, you will be part of the castle's management team where we together decide on the best for the business moving forward and learn from each other's experiences.

The position reports to the destination director.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Operational responsibility for the reception and adjacent areas
• Actively lead and develop your team towards common goals
• Ensure a high level of service and professional reception
• Plan and optimize staffing and routines
• Contribute with a sales focus and work to drive a profitable business

Experience with systems such as Protel and PMI is an advantage.
